Return & Fulfillment Policy

1. Order Processing Time

  • Standard Processing: All orders are processed within 2-5 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Processing time begins once the order is confirmed and payment has been received.

  • Custom Orders: Custom or personalized items may require additional processing time. Please refer to the specific product description for estimated processing times.

2. Shipping

  • Shipping Fees: Shipping fees are calculated based on the size, weight of the order, and delivery destination. Shipping costs will be displayed at checkout.

3. Shipping Confirmation

  • Tracking Information: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. This allows you to monitor the status of your shipment.

  • Delivery Issues: If there are any issues with your delivery (e.g., delays, incorrect address), please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as promptly as possible.

4. Packaging

  • Protection: All artworks and prints are carefully packaged to prevent damage during transit. Frames and other delicate items may be packaged with additional cushioning.

5. Returns and Exchanges

  • Return Eligibility: Due to the custom nature of many of our products, returns and exchanges may not be accepted. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt for a resolution.

  • Return Process: To initiate a return or exchange for damaged or incorrect items, please contact our customer service team with your order number and a description of the issue. We will provide instructions for returning the item if applicable.

  • Refunds: Once we confirm an item is damaged, a refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

6. Cancellations

  • Order Cancellation: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. To request a cancellation, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. After 24 hours, cancellations may not be possible as the order may have already entered the fulfillment process.

7. International Orders

  • Shipping: We ship internationally. Shipping times and costs vary by destination. International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Customs and Duties: We are not responsible for any customs or import duties that may apply. Please check with your local customs office for information on potential fees.
